Our Services
At C ourtesy Car Care we pride ourselves on providing you with the services you need. We will work with you to perform regular maintenance and help reduce your need for costly repairs. All work is performed by ASE certified personnel so you know the technician servicing your vehicle is highly skilled and qualified. We provide our technicians with top of the line equipment, tools and technology to give you the best service possible. We only install and sell quality parts to prevent problems that may result from using a lesser product.
Estimates will be given free of charge when no diagnostic procedures are necessary. You will need to relay to us the problem or symptoms, and vehicle information including year, make, model, engine size etc. Your estimate will be based on current labor guides, labor rates and the cost of parts needed for repairs. Your estimate will be given to you in writing and is guaranteed for 60 days. The only additional charges to an estimate will be sales tax, a small shop supply fee and of course any additional authorized work performed not included in the original estimate. At Courtesy Car Care we do not give low estimates in an attempt to get you in the door. We believe honest and fair estimates help eliminate unexpected surprises. Professional diagnostics are often needed to give an honest estimate. Proper diagnostics can be key to cost effective vehicle repairs and maintenance and will lead to correct and complete estimates. Although it may seem diagnostic charges are expensive, an incorrect guess can be very costly. Diagnostic fees are charged to pay for the technicians time involved and to help defray the costs of advanced equipment. Equipment that is needed to make correct diagnoses and keep the time needed to make a diagnosis at a minimum.
